ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Grown by Jairo Arcila at Finca Mazatlan. This coffee was carefully hand picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, hand sorted and exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 18 hours before pulped, afterwards pulped and sundried on rised beds to 10.5% moisture content with thw mucilage on.   

This microlot is 100% catimor (Costa Rica 95).
