Our team of roasters and cuppers have selected three very unique bourbon mutations originated in the Huila region, central-south-west area of Colombia. This trilogy is about showcasing the uniqueness and elegance of Colombian Bourbons and why they are becoming a Colombian signature in the world of specialty coffee.
Pink Bourbon
Sweet-floral with a distinctive notes of apricot and cola.
In our opinion, the star of this trilogy.
Chilli Bourbon
Well balanced acidity, red fruits, floral with a sweet toffee finish.
Stripe Bourbon
Velvet floral fragrance, notes of peach with a sweet-citrusy edge. Perfectly balanced mild acidity.
