Behind our Single Origin Honey Peach:
This coffee, meticulously cultivated by Felipe Arcila at Jardines Del Eden farm, underwent a unique process known as dry anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours, during which the pulp was intentionally left on. After fermentation, the cherries were pulped and carefully placed on raised beds for drying. Throughout this drying process, peaches were thoughtfully added among the coffee beans to further enhance their fruity flavour profile.
The result is a distinctive coffee with an explosion of peach flavour accompanied by notes of red fruits and roasted figs.
For an exquisite experience, we recommend trying it through alternative brewing methods, with a special nod to cold brew. A perfect match for the summer season.
