1 x 250g of Single Origin La Bomba, A coffee with wild berries, passionfruit notes., low acidity and sweet dark chocolate, roasted for espresso lovers.
1 x 250g of Single Origin La Bomba Filter. A coffee with wild berries, passionfruit notes, low acidity and sweet dark chocolate, roasted for alternative brewing methods like V60 or even plunger.
1 x 200g of Single Origin La Bomba Pink Bourbon. This pink bourbon varietal has well balanced citrus acidity, herbal hints, sugar cane, roast figs and pineapple. This coffee has also been roasted for alternative brewing methods.
About La Bomba Trilogy
This limited-time trilogy honours the remarkable work and care that the Buesaquillo family puts into harvesting these cherries. The Buesaquillos own around 6 hectares of land. The lower part of Finca La Esperanza is bordered by a creek, where both farms have recreated an ecological sanctuary. The farmers are fully aware of the importance of protecting this water resource and enjoy the benefits of having their own bees pollinating their crops, maintaining a perfect balance with their surroundings. All these efforts result in a coffee that not only tastes amazing but is also part of a clean and sustainable practice that harmonises with Mother Nature.
