La Bomba – Specialty Coffee Sourced Through Direct Trade
Grown by our associate farmer, Cesar Buesaquillo, at Finca La Esmeralda, this specialty coffee thrives in a National Park, cultivated in harmony with its natural ecosystem. Cesar embodies the impact of direct trade, ensuring transparency, ethical sourcing, and long-term sustainability in the coffee industry.
This Castillo varietal undergoes anaerobic fermentation for up to 300 hours at an average of 25°C, allowing the coffee cherry’s natural fruit flavours to infuse into the bean. The result? A vibrant and complex cup that highlights the very best of Colombian specialty coffee.
