Cesar is a perfect example of how direct trade is the most transparent and ethical business practice to guarantee environmental and social sustainability within the coffee industry chain..
This Castillo varietal has been anaerobically fermented for up to 300 hours at average of 25 degrees Celsius. This process enhances the infusion of all those original fruits flavours, from the coffee cherry, inside the seed (Coffee bean).
